It's very hard for Apple to keep all their stuff secret when they have such a large chain of suppliers they buy parts from. Rumors about the new dock connector seem to be legitimate. It's been said it will be smaller and the new selection of pictures seem to confirm this fact.
Also the battery should be a little bit larger in comparison with the battery on the actually 4S.
The sim tray is the same size as the old one.
