Earlier reports mention that Apple is heading out invitations for the date of October 4th with the title "Let's talk iPhone". The event is going to be held at Apple;s headquarter in Cupertino, California.

It is expected that the next generation iPhone will be presented at this event, whether it is the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 or both, a minor update for the iPod line and of course the Facebook App for iPad.
