The sketches up are those which Apple presented in the german trial against Samsung telling they are pattented by Apple and that Samsung has stolen their idea. Apple has gathered votes telling that Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a copy of the iPad!
In order to allow for an orderly proceeding, Apple and its Affiliates and Samsung Korea and its Affiliates agree that they will not file or seek ex parte or inter partes actions in the Netherlands against any of the others’ products or entities until the decision is issued by the Court in the Apple v. Samsung preliminary injunction action in the Netherlands, which is expected to be issued by Judge Brinkmann on September 15, 2011. This stipulation shall be without prejudice to any party with respect to any claim of urgency for any action taken after September 15th for the time period during which this stipulation is effective.
In Germany Apple has won but not in the Netherlands. A dutch judge told that internet polls are not evidence and that Samsung's Tablet has only the thickness like an iPad. A lot of products on the market are looking like the iPad. What are they doind, sue every single company? On What bases.?Thickness? Let's be serious!
Samsung also presented evidence that proves that tablets exist for a very long time, tracked back to 1994 presenting a tablet designed to read newspapers.
The next one is verry funny and stupid. Samsung had to prove that Apple doesn't invented the square smartphone :-))) For that they brought the LG Prada as evidence. Nice, instead of doing something useful to the humanity, these companies are playing around with other companies in years long trials and arguing over who invented...the circle :-))) Nice job!
